ORDER

To order from Hubitools.com, select the product you want to buy from the catalogue and add it to your basket.

You can access your basket at any time in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

To confirm your order, either enter your e-mail address and password, or create an account. If creating an account, fill your basket and select "Order"

  • click "Sign up now!"
  • and simply fill in the form and click on "Sign up"
  • fill in the Invoicing form

To validate your order, remember to tick the "I accept the general terms and conditions of sale" box and click "Place the order".

Finally, enter your payment information: number, expiry date, security code... Click "Pay" to submit the payment and your order.

Yes, you have 14 calendar days starting from the day after delivery to cancel the purchase of your products. Your cancellation must reach us by e-mail via the contact form . You will receive confirmation of your cancellation by return e-mail. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The vendor undertakes to refund the price of the returned product within 30 days following acceptance of the returned goods. The amount of €15 for bank and administrative charges shall be deducted from the reimbursement..

All of our products have 2 years guarantee from the date of invoice issue. In case of a problem with goods that are still under guarantee, please contact our technical support and repair department at the following address: technical.service@hubitools.com.

PAYMENT/INVOICING

To ensure the security of your bank information, the information concerning your bank card is not stored by our website. Online payment takes place by bank card in a 100% secure environment. It is processed by HiPay, one of the world's leading internet banking transaction companies.

The following payment cards are accepted: Visa, Eurocard - Master Card.

If you are a Belgian customer:

  • not subject to VAT: VAT at 21% is applicable
  • subject to VAT: VAT at 21% is applicable and you can reclaim the VAT
  • If you are a customer of an intra-Community country (EEE) other than Belgium:

  • not subject to VAT: Belgian VAT at 21% is applicable
  • subject to VAT: no VAT is charged on the invoice; you pay the VAT in your own country.
  • If you are not an intra-Community customer (outside EEE):

  • VAT will not be charged on the invoice, but you will have to pay the taxes and duties related to your country when clearing customs.
  • When your payment has been received, an invoice will be generated automatically and sent to your e-mail address.

  • For orders from 200€, there is a free delivery. Otherwise, the shipping costs are calculated directly in the basket according to the total weight.
  • Please note that customs fees are not included
  • In most cases, fees are required for the importation of goods into the country of destination. These charges depend on local regulations, the type of goods being imported and their value. Each type of good is listed under a customs code and importing countries apply tax according to this customs code.
  • - Return deliveries :

  • The shipping costs for a return are at the expense of the buyer.
  • Any order placed on the Hubitools.com website will be delivered by our forwarder.

    When DHL is handling the delivery, a calling card is left in your letterbox. The first time, a telephone number is provided for you to arrange a new delivery time.

    Our commitment to environmental and sustainability excellence throughout our product life cycle remains core to our business. Your product’s packaging should be managed correctly (checking the material code) when you decide to dispose of it, so please check with your local community / municipality for waste management guidance. Materials from our electrical products and components such as batteries contain important raw materials and should also be managed correctly at end-of-life. These can be taken to an official waste collection center or a participating retailer. Operating and safety instructions should only be disposed when the product to which they relate is no longer in use.
