Delivery

1: EX VAT PRICES FOR STANDARD DELIVERY

The price of transportation depends on the weight of the order and the destination country.

You will be informed of the price in the order form before validation.

2: DELIVERY TIMES

Goods in stock are sent within two business days and delivered according to our forwarder's standard delivery times.

  • For transport to France, Germany, Austria, Denmark and Great Britain : Day +2

  • For transport to Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic : Day+2/+5
  • - UPS Express Saver :

  • For Great Britain, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Greece : Day + 1
  • For all other countries : Day +2 / +4
  • 3: PACKAGING AND INSURANCE

    Your purchases are packaged very carefully, with protective materials. Our careful packaging means that we can offer delivery under the best possible conditions. The products we ship are insured free of charge for theft and damage throughout their journey. You must therefore make sure that your order and all the items it contains are complete and undamaged on receipt of the package, in the presence of the carrier, so that you can express a reservation if necessary.

    If in any doubt about the condition or contents of the order, you must refuse delivery of the goods. Any refused product must be returned to the carrier in its entirety and in its original packaging.

    4: IN CASE OF ABSENCE

    When our forwarder is handling the delivery, a calling card is left in your letterbox. The first time, a telephone number is provided for you to arrange a new delivery time.

    5: IN CASE OF A LOST PACKAGE

    Despite the computerised tracking of our shipments, there can be very rare cases of a lost package. If this should occur, we invite you to contact our Customer Service department by e-mail using the Contact  form.

    6: FORCE MAJEURE

    The following cases of force majeure in particular release Hubitools S.A. from its delivery obligation: war, revolt, fire, industrial action, accident, and inability to receive supplies from its usual suppliers or carriers.

    In the following cases in particular, Hubitools S.A. may temporarily suspend delivery: disruptions to the internal network, telephone malfunctions, internet access difficulties, and similar problems. Execution of the contract is suspended in those cases until the problem is solved and/or internet access is restored, with the purchaser having no right to invoke a contract termination clause and/or claim compensation.
